You can decide to use a flash template, often hosting companies like Hostgator offers free templates which you may use. What no one ever mentions is, these are not plug and play, you can not just type in your info and you have a dazzeling site, you need to have a flash designers customize your free template. I will be honest, this is not for the begining flash user. These are for the most part, great templates that can really cool look, and have a lot of bells and many whisles.
Here is one example of a template, which I spent about 2 hours customizing, but it is now where near ready for primetime. PLEASE understand I have no need for this template, I was using it just to play for and afternoon, and see just how long it would take to cusomtize. None of the content is corect, I just put in general info, but I thought you would want to take a look at a flash template:
